COVID-19 UPDATE

**A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM BISHOP COLLINS** AGAPE WORSHIP CENTER INTERNATIONAL AND FAMILY, Agape Worship Center International is now offering an on-campus worship service on Sundays 9:00 am. We are operating under governmental mandates that are safe practices with all efforts to maintain safe precautions for everyone. During this first phase we are asking individuals that are considered high risk members, elderly, pregnant, persons with chronic medical conditions, etc.) Are being asked to join us online to mitigate the risk of transmission while worshiping. • During phase 1 Nursery, Children’s Church. Youth Ministry and Sunday school will not be provided. Guidelines For On Campus Worship -Parking will be designated based on guidance of parking lot attendant so all congregant must follow the leadership of the attendant. -Services are offered 09:00 am Only. There is a minimum 100 individuals allowed in the on-campus worship per service. - Services will be conducted for a maximum of one hour -Families or Singles will be seated by ushers. Social distancing will be observed during the seating selection. Chairs have been rearranged in the sanctuary, to meet social distancing guidelines -Every individual entering the building will have their temperature take prior to entry of facility. Temperature of 99 or higher will not be allowed entrance. - Every individual will wear a mask during the worship service –church will provide mask if needed. - Every person will apply hand sanitizer upon entry and exist of facility - Usher & Greeter will serve as attendants as at all door and monitor no more than 2 individual at a time in the restrooms. Bathroom emergencies only! -Usher and Greeter will enforce the NO huddles, hugging or handshaking!! -- Offering containers will be placed at the entrance way and individual can give upon entrance in the worship service - No usage of water fountain, bottled water will be made available if needed. - Asking everyone to please go straight to your cars upon completion of worship services Between and After Service Actions -Thorough wipe down of door glass, door handles, water fountains, bathrooms -Spray sanctuary, hallways, and baths-rooms with Lysol -Sanitize microphones, podium, and anywhere hands have touched - The church has been thoroughly cleaned by a professional company (BIOSWEEP) a certificate of sanitation has been provided. A cleaning and a bacterial fighting agent has been applied to facility. Phase II The church and pastor's council will meet prior to 17 JUN 2020, and determine the next course of action. At this time a determination will be made on mid-week service, Sunday school, individual ministry engagement interest groups, or elder care on resuming on campus ministry activities. Also at phase II we will determine the potential of individuals that are considered high risk members, elderly, pregnant, persons with chronic medical conditions, etc. for on campus worship. As a friendly reminder AWCI is in agreement with the CDC please follow the practical measures below to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) 1. Avoid close contact with people who are sick and use social distancing. 2. Stay home if you are not feeling well. 3. Cover your mouth and nose with your forearm when coughing and sneezing. 4. Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds at a time. Use soap and water when possible. 5. If no soap and water are available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with 60%-95% alcohol.
