With 22 years of distinguished service in the United States Army, Dr. Collins earned prestigious honors such as the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, reflecting his commitment to service. Academically, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Voorhees College, a Master in Divinity from Columbia International University, and a Doctorate of Divinity from Erskine Theological Seminary.
