First Lady Christle Collins

Women's Ministry

Christle Collins, a native of Newport News, Virginia, is a devoted leader and partner in ministry alongside her husband, Bishop Vincent Collins. Together, they pastor the Agape Worship Center International, Church of God in Columbia, South Carolina. Celebrating 41 years of marriage, they are proud parents to their daughter, Christy Monique Collins, who is married to Darrell Nicholson and resides in Salisbury, North Carolina.

Military and Academic Accomplishments

Christle retired from the United States Army in 2005 as a Human Resource Sergeant Major after 26 years of dedicated service. She holds a dual Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development, along with a sequential Master of Arts Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University. Her passion for education led her to teach in the public school system throughout Richland District Two, South Carolina, as a substitute teacher for three years. Recently retired, she served as the Academic Advisor and Representative for Webster University at the Fort Jackson Campus.

Ministry and Leadership

With over 40 years of ministry experience, Christle is an Ordained Minister with the Church of God. Her service spans various roles, including usher, greeter, nursery worker, hospitality coordinator, Girls Club coordinator, Children’s Sunday School Teacher, Children’s Church Teacher, singer with the Praise and Worship Team, and Women’s Ministries President. Currently, she serves as the Chairwoman on the State Women’s Ministries Board of South Carolina Church of God.

Passion and Personal Life

Christle is passionate about ministry and believes that she and Vincent are called by God to shepherd His people for “such a time as this.” In her personal life, she enjoys walking, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.

Through her unwavering dedication to service, both in her military career and ministry, Christle Collins continues to inspire and lead with grace and compassion.
